Processing Time & Shipping
At this time, I ship to all countries except the UK. If you’d like to purchase and are located in the UK, please send me an email and we can try to work something out!
For “Ready to Ship” orders, please allow 1-5 business days processing. All items will be shipped via USPS with the shipping option you select at checkout. You will be provided a tracking number once your order has been shipped. If you need expedited shipping, please select the appropriate shipping option when checking out.
For “Preorder” or “dyed to order” purchases, please refer to the individual listings for expected delivery dates. Each preorder time frame is unique. I ship as I go, so it is very possible that your order will be shipped earlier than listed and I do my best to ship as quickly as possible. Once prepared, all items will be shipped via USPS with the shipping option you select at checkout. You will be provided a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
If you purchase a “Preorder” item in addition to a “Ready to Ship” item, all items will ship together after the longest associated processing time. If you want your items shipped separately, please make separate orders.
If you qualify for and select Free Shipping, the cheapest shipping option via USPS will be used on your order. You will still be provided a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
I am not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses. Please verify your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Orders returned to the sender for any reason will only be re-shipped at the buyer’s expense.
Orders are shipped with tracking information and delivery confirmation. For this reason, I cannot be held responsible for loss or damage of items due to improper handling during the shipping process. Please contact USPS to submit a claim for missing/damaged items.
International customers: You may be charged customs fees to receive your package. This is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay these fees, not the seller. I will not mark down the price of items, or label items as a “gift” or use different descriptions to bypass customs fees.
Refunds, Exchanges, & Cancellations
Refunds & exchanges are not available. Cancellations are only available within 6 hours of your purchase or prior to shipment (whichever comes first). If you would like to cancel your order, please contact me immediately. Purchase price will be refunded to your original form of payment.
Store Announcements override all previous mentioned policies. If the shop is closed, a Store Announcement will be published on the website indicating when the shop will reopen. If purchases are made during this time orders will be processed after the shop has reopened. Processing time will resume on the date listed on the Store Announcement.
Colors in the photos are as close as possible to the actual item as I can make them. All monitors show colors slightly different.
All items come from a smoke-free, dog-friendly home.
Unless otherwise stated, all prices listed are per skein. There are often several skeins in a listing photo to give a better visual of how the skein you purchase might look.
